Using Lumin Arc.
Step One:
Once you receive the invitation click the “ACCEPT INVITATION” & “SIGN UP” button to continue with your Lumin Arc registration and
Step Two:
Complete the details and password pages to finalise your registration with Lumin Arc - upon completion please download the app from either Apple App Store or Google Play Store; as you will need this to complete your wellness and training load questionnaires.
Step Three:
Whether you are completing your wellness report (upon waking) or load report (post-training/game) it is easiest to complete both via the mobile app. The wellness report data will give your Performance Manager vital information on how your body is handling both daily stress and the stress from training/games, as well as monitoring your training load to reduce the risk of illness and injury.
