Onboarding Checklist.

​We  understand that when you start something like this, there is a lot to take in. This can be information overload, so to ensure that you don’t miss anything, we have a checklist below to help you utilise all of your membership inclusions and keep on track in your First Month. Immersing yourself in the experience as soon as possible will ultimately lead to the best possible outcome, sooner!

Week One

  • Read Welcome Pack Items

  • Set up MindBody

  • Set up Team Buildr

  • Book First ADP session

  • Meet Head Coach

  • Join Team Whatsapp Group

  • Read & Watch First Mental Skills Module

  • Read Athlete Planner (in welcome pack)

    Week Two

  • Make all ADP Bookings & Recovery Bookings for the full week

  • Submit Mental Skills Module

  • Begin Athlete Planner tasks

  • Enter all training Notes into Team Buildr

  • Receive Welcome check in phone call from Em

  • Book Dietitian Consultation

  • Make next weeks bookings in advance (including 1-2 field sessions)

    Week Three

  • Attend all ADP sessions and rebook the week ahead, again

  • Do the same for Recover

  • Do the same for Field sessions

  • Get in early and begin warming up

  • Utilise the Athlete kitchen

  • Complete the monthly Challenge

  • Receive a check-in call from Steve about your Recovery plan

  • Continue with Athlete Planner tasks

    Week Four

    You know the drill by now

  • Get all of your sessions booked in

  • Attend all sessions like a BOSS!

  • Meal prep as per your Dietetics Consult

  • If you haven’t yet, post in your Team Whatsapp group

  • Receive a check-in call from Em and discuss how you can utilise every part of your membership for Maximal Results!
