Yes. To avoid it showing up in the giftees email inbox, simply add it as your own purchase and drop us an email to confirm that it is in fact a gift. We will then assist you will the transfer and provide you with a gift certificate in your preferred gift giving format (digital or print). The gift transfer must be completed within 7 days of purchase.

Yes. There is a limit of 3 per customer.

For 13 months from purchase, allowing a full 12 months for usage from Christmas time.

No. 1 session = 1 booked service. There are 3 services available- Compression, Wet Zone or Sauna. Booking 2 services in 1 visit would use 2 sessions from the pack.

A Black Friday sale session pack purchase may be transferred only within 7 days of purchase provided that no sessions have been used.
